To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the refund process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will get in touch to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved you can choose between a refund via direct EFT or a credit note to shop with us.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
